User Agreement

This agreement regulates the legal relationship between the Visa Doctors service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") and users (hereinafter referred to as the "User"). Use of the service indicates your agreement to these terms.

"Visa Doctors" is a platform that provides consultation and information services for obtaining visas for studying in the Republic of Korea. We do not have the right to issue or deny visas - this process falls under the authority of the Government of the Republic of Korea only.

- The user must use the service only for legal purposes. - All information provided by the user must be accurate and complete. - Use of the service for illegal, false, or harmful actions is prohibited.

- The user's personal data is processed solely for the purpose of preparing the visa application and delivering the provided services. - When verifying visa status, data is sent directly to the official Korean Visa Portal (visa.go.kr) and is not retained. - Confidential details and information of identification documents are not stored on our servers and are automatically deleted from the system immediately after the corresponding PDF form is generated. - Other personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without the user's consent. - The user may request to update or delete their personal data at any time.

- "Visa Doctors" does not guarantee visa results. - We only provide information and consultation services to users. - We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service.

- This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. - All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, they shall be considered in the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

- "Visa Doctors" reserves the right to make changes to this agreement at any time. - Changes take effect from the date of their announcement on the site. - The user accepts the new terms by continuing to use the service.
