Will the E-VISA be suspended?

⚠️ WILL THE E-VISA BE CANCELED? 🇰🇷

One of the most frequently asked questions lately.

Below is a clear explanation of the official situation ⬇️

📌 IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Starting next season, regarding the master's degree (E-visa):

➡️ some universities may temporarily stop accepting students via E-visa.

❗️This does NOT mean that the general E-visa will be closed.

🔎 What is the reason?

Universities in Korea:

The ranking
is divided into categories based on the results of students in previous seasons.

📌 Accordingly:

Some universities are only allowed to submit documents for 2 semesters in 4 years
If the university has accepted students for 2 semesters in a row,
➡️ a temporary restriction may be imposed next season

This restriction:

❌ Not for all universities

❌ Not for the entire E-visa system

✅ Only applies to some universities

✅ MOST IMPORTANT

👉 In general, E-visa is expected to CONTINUE next season.

However ⚠️:

Students who enter Korea with an E-visa
are
closely monitored

by immigration for

study attendance
and
class attendance
and
legal work

📍.

If students:

✅ No violations

✅ The study process is normal

➡️ E-visa will not be restricted in the coming seasons.

📌 CONCLUSION

❌ “E-visa is closed” is a false statement

⚠️ Some universities may have temporary restrictions

✅ If you choose the right university, there is no problem
