We compared students who are getting a visa and students who are getting a refusal for a student visa (D-4 / D-2)

📌 The result is very clear:

❌ In most students who are getting a refusal:

• Parents do not have an official job

• Documents were submitted only with property documents (house, land, car, etc.)

• Source of income was not officially confirmed

✅ In students who are getting a visa:

• Parents work in an official job

• Monthly income, place of work and position were documented

• Property documents were provided as additional evidence

⚠️ Important conclusion:

Official income is more important for the Embassy than property.

The probability of getting a visa with only a house or car document is very low.
