If so, keep in mind the most critical documents and their sequence—these are heavily scrutinized by embassy officials and will significantly impact your visa approval! ‼️
1️⃣ Bank Certificate (KDB Bank)
The amount of funds in your frozen bank account and the authenticity of the certificate are primary factors for the embassy. Ensure that the funds are sufficient and remain in the account for the required duration.
2️⃣ Language Certificate (TOPIK or IELTS)
Having a valid language certificate that meets the requirements of your chosen program is crucial. A higher score drastically increases your chances of getting a visa.
3️⃣ Certificate of Income (from my.gov.uz)
This is often the most confusing part of the document package.
⚠️ Important Note: The Embassy officially states that if you do not have your own official income, you can submit an income certificate of your parents or grandparents.
4️⃣ Study Plan / Statement of Purpose
This is not just a formality! Your reasons for choosing this specific university and major, along with your future plans, must be written clearly, politely, and leave no room for doubt in the consul's mind.

📌 Full and Detailed Checklist of Required Visa Documents:
1️⃣ Original International Passport
2️⃣ Letter of Admission (Certificate of Admission)
3️⃣ Apostilled Diploma or High School Certificate
4️⃣ Bank Certificate:
For Language Courses: Must be kept continuously at KDB Bank for 3 months. (Regional universities: $6,500 | Seoul: $8,000)
For Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD: Must be kept continuously at KDB Bank for 1 month. (Regional universities: $12,500 | Seoul: $15,500)
5️⃣ Annual Income Certificate from my.gov.uz (Parents’ or grandparents’ income can be provided). ⚠️ Alternative documents are available for those who do not work officially.
6️⃣ Employment Record/History (via my.gov.uz)
7️⃣ Language Certificates (TOPIK Level 2 or higher, or IELTS 5.5 or higher)
8️⃣ Copies of Parents' Passports (A4 format)
9️⃣ Parents' Marriage Certificate (Only required in case of remarriage)
🔟 Birth Certificate (with certified translation)
